From Japan to SL

The theme this time is “The empires of the future, are the empires of the mind”, by Sir Winston Churchill. Each building has presentation on every floor. There were a lot to see.




Spacious fantastic world even within a limited space.




On the contrary, this is a very mundane scene. The exhibition across the road is also homely.




A corner like a back court in European town. Could be a part of some SIM but the detailed shapes are nice.




Entering the house shwon in the picture one before the above found a neat atelier. How many visitors have come to this place…




There were maze, puzzle, mini-game, and many joyful animation balls. The left is a dance ball on a building, the right is tube-ride at a surfing community.




There were automated pods for guided tour. This is a balloon that can fly freely over the site. It is no wonder that there is not enough time to see around while playing like this…



In the separated corners, there were theme exhibitions, museums, mini-games, playgrounds, and introduction of products, RPG, or battle group. There were groups for surfing, sailing, gridflying (traveling in the air across SIM borders), The SL Marine Corps and SL Coast Guard. Different ones were, Gay, Lesbian, bisexual and Transgender Rights Center, RL military veterans and their families, or Alcoholics Anonymous.

It should be interesting tp see one by one while reading the explanation and considering the meaning of the exhibition…. In addition, the whole site was made for treasure hunting and many booth had free gifts as the treasure. Since this is not a real hunting the gifts were set behind a desk, in a dust bin, or on a tree, and it was not so difficult to find, but I missed several ones. As a result I got 91 packages! Thank all creators for the event, but again, dear Linden, please extend the term.
