Long Distance Bug
While viewing the show of Mangekyo from far end of the seat, the cloth looked strange. I noticed before the movement became quick when viewed from distance, but this time the cloth pattern was affected.

The ribbons and clothing were completely different. I thought it was done intentionally but it returned normal when coming close.

Since it was impossible to see them at close quarters, this picture was enlarged. This is a bug I have not seen before. How can I name it?

This is not a bug but with camera set under the floor. From here the cloth looked normal. The chairs had color-change script and also animation but it was not heavy. May be because of the height of the stage, 3500m in the sky. That might be the reason why most shows were set in the sky. This bug could be caused by the script in these many seats?

Mangekyo at Abyss Observatory
Viewed the 71st performance of Mangekyo. This time the site was a special stage set in front of the Offshore-base Atmosphere Observatory of Abyss Observatory. This observatory is a reproduction of the real one that studies atmospheric process through Doppler radar, wind profiler, GPS receiver, and other facilities. The full spectator’s seats and stage were temporary and do not exist now.

The sea where the observatory is set is an artificial sea that was set up in the sky at 3500m high. That is the work by an artist Comet Morigi and said to be the most beautiful in SL as a sky and sea set in the sky. The entrance of Abys is the follow LM. The birth and growth of the earth and life are beautifully presented in the space expanding up to 3500m high. Copious guided tour will be provided occasionally.

The show consisted of eight pieces. Great flamboyant cloths by Curea were beautiful, but there was no change of clothes and I did not take so many pictures.

One of the beautiful characteristics of dresses by Curea is ribbons with well-adjusted flexibility. The ribbon seemed to be the main theme this time.

Top right is Curea the principal. Top left is Alha the big sister, a bit intimidating^-^

Beautiful flow of the ribbons but the dances might not be designed for ribbon movement and it was hard to capture the quick move.

The last with lightning.

Top view. The stage was simple but well fit the sea. Mangekyo is always good in blending with the surroundings.

Finale, the lightning struck on Curea? Thank Mangekyo for nice show every time.

Time Walker 2
It is joy to swing camera while riding on the pod but it is not suitable to shoot pictures, so I flew around when there was no other visitor.
LEA15:http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/LEA15/122/122/21

The title is ‘Time Walker’ not ‘Time Traveler’. We are not doing time travel but just walking along the time that keeps passing even while we are standing still.

Looking down the passage from the first stage.

I like a huge structure with feeling of depth. The overwhelming scale feeing can be experienced by just flying around.

Also I may like a kind of mess. The art of pile of refuse was also nice^-^

Falling down with using my skirt as a parachute. It is hard to take pictures while dropping with selecting camera angles.

The full view of the installation that is about 900m high. Thank you Solkide for the nice art and kind explanation. I put an article about her art ‘Fontana’ last year.

Time Walker
Visited an LEA art, Time Walker by Solkide Auer. The starting point is an alarm clock that is the first thing that call us in the morning.
LEA15:http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/LEA15/122/122/21

We know that there are many gears in a clock but few of us know how they are working. Is this depicting the difficulty to see the mechanism of time?

Casting my eyes up to see the stage far up in the sky. There is a huge time corridor to climb up.

There is a pod for automatic tour that takes about twelve minutes.

Ascending through the time corridor. The bottom of colorful stages are approaching.

The first stage, a dome with color changing gradually. The huge yellow pendulum at the center is an image of Pendolo di Foucault that is to sign the rotation of the earth that will never stop.

Next stage is a space for creation. As if the rings that were bound around the pendulum are now flying freely with changing their colors. If we could see the stream of time we might feel some sense of colors. Even elementary particles have color, flavor, and also spin^-^

In the top aureole, there was a huge metronome ticking down.

There were many art presentation. Even simple repetition can make a nice pattern like this.

Another part of the same art shown above. Sorry but I did not note the artist’s name.

I personally like this kind of installation. I would make drawings anytime when I set something and would never be able to do like this

This one was a structural, but it changes the scape drastically with a touch of camera movement.

This one is also ever-changing moire of colors. The various pattern changing with a touch of arrow keys looks like a kaleidoscope.

This one is only changing color, but I would like to keep watching. Recent arts at LEA are interesting but I feel sometimes that they are difficult and do not have this kind of simple beauty…
